Objective

The main objective for the BS&I solicitor website redesign was to address the outdated design and poor user experience (UX) that characterised the old site. The redesign aimed to create a more intuitive and visually appealing platform that would better serve the needs of BS&I’s clients, providing them with a seamless and efficient online experience.

Solution

To achieve the objective, a comprehensive redesign strategy was implemented, focusing on both UX and UI enhancements:

Design from Scratch: The new solicitor website design was created from the ground up, ensuring a fresh and modern look that aligns with current design trends.
Modern Layout: A contemporary layout was introduced to help break up long content, making it more digestible and visually appealing.
Fresh Images: High-quality, relevant images were incorporated to complement the various service areas, enhancing the overall aesthetic and user engagement.
Animated Icons: To add a dynamic element and bring life to the website, animated icons were used, making the interface more friendly, interactive and engaging.
New Meet the Team Section: A whole new “Meet the Team” section was developed with back-end functionality to make updates easy for the client’s team on.
Improved Navigation: The navigation was significantly improved by creating a mega menu, making it easier for users to find information quickly and efficiently.
Enhanced Accessibility: The new solicitor website development includes improved accessibility features, ensuring that it’s usable by a broader audience, including those with disabilities.
Marketing Integration: The design reflects BS&I’s digital marketing strategies, guiding users seamlessly from ad campaigns to the appropriate pages, enhancing the overall effectiveness of marketing efforts on the solicitor website.
Custom CMS in Laravel: The solicitor website was created using our very own custom Content Management System (CMS) built in Laravel. This provided a robust and flexible backend solution, allowing for easy updates and management of content by the client’s team.

The new solicitor website not only modernises the BS&I online presence but also provides a user-friendly and engaging platform that meets the needs of both the business and its clients.
